Before reporting a missing or stolen bin, please look up and down your street and check that your neighbours have not taken your bin by mistake.
For all stolen bins, residents may be required to provide a police record number to secure a new bin.
If the resident is not the property owner, then the owner's agent or property owner will need to contact Council.
Your request will be evaluated and if approved you will be contacted by Customer Service to arrange payment of .
Payment must be received before any bins will be delivered.
Council will assess this request and liase with JR Richards to arrange repair or replacement.
Please put your bin on the kerb for your next regular bin collection day. Please leave your bin on the kerb until it has been repaired or a new bin has been issued. You can continue to use the bin during this time.
Council will arrange for the JR Richards to collect the bin(s) as soon as possible. Please leave the abandoned bin on the kerside for collection.
