To complete this form you will need to provide:
St. Francis de Sales Regional College are allowing us to use their ovals as a launch site.
To be able to launch from their ovals we do need to supply a copy of your balloon insurance with public liability, and the registration details for the tow vehicle which will drive on their ovals.
On Saturday night there will be a complimentary BBQ at the Leeton Caravan Park
For catering purposes please advise how many people from your crew/family will attending.
